Boasting a world record and extreme thrills Six Flags Magic Mountain's Full Throttle opens to the public on Saturday.
Six Flags Magic Mountain have announced that their newest record breaking coaster Full Throttle will be opening to the public on Saturday 22nd June.

Construction on the record breaker began at the end of October immediately after the Log Jammer an Arrow Dynamics Log Flume closed on the last day of Fright Fest.

Full Throttle will launch riders from 0 to 70 miles per hour out of the station into the record breaking 160-foot-tall vertical loop. The ride will boast the record of the world's tallest vertical loop on a roller coaster at 160 feet.

Six Flags calls it the “tallest, fastest looping roller coaster in the world” with a “one-of-a-kind triple launch coaster that will take the coaster experience to the next generation with a never been done before launch up and over a ‘Top Hat’ that traces the outside of a world-record 160 foot loop plus a zero to 70 miles-per-hour acceleration on two forward launches and one backward launch into and out of an underground tunnel.”
